Q: What are Credits and how do I use them?Credits are the universal "creative energy" on Framia. Every action-generating an image, a voiceover, or a 4K commercial video-will consume credits based on the complexity of the model used.
Q: Do credits in subscription plans expire every month?Yes. The monthly credits included in subscription plans reset at the end of each billing cycle. We recommend fully utilizing them before the month ends to fuel your creativity!
Q: Can I accumulate credits from daily check-ins?No. The 10 daily check-in credits are valid only on the day they are claimed. Unused check-in credits will reset at midnight and do not carry over or accumulate. We recommend using them daily to explore new inspirations!
Q: How are credits handled when I upgrade from Basic to Pro?Upgrading is seamless. When you upgrade, you only pay a prorated difference based on the remaining days of your current cycle. Once payment is confirmed, your previous plan's credits will be replaced, and the system will immediately grant you the full 2,000 Credits for the Pro plan (including the 100% bonus). This means you get a fresh, full credit boost instantly to fuel your creativity!
Q: Will my existing credits be kept after upgrading?No. Upgrading follows a "Replacement" mechanism: the full credit balance of the new tier will replace your old balance. To maximize your benefits, we highly recommend fully utilizing your remaining credits before completing the upgrade.
